Technical Required Skills
Thorough understanding of basic quality concepts and
principles.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and
software quality assurance.
Participation in work product reviews.
Internal auditor of ISO 9001:2000 or CMMI quality
management system.
Knowledge of project estimation, planning, tracking and
monitoring.
Familiarity with software development metrics and their
usage for improvement.
Familiarity with usage of statistical process/quality
control tools.
Able to conduct project facilitation and SQA review.
Process preparation and tailoring to the requirements.
Desirable Skills Required
Certified Lead Assessor of ISO 9001:2000
Participation in Introduction to SEI: SW-CMM program
CQA / CQE or equivalent certification
Awareness and experience in six-sigma
Work experience with statistical process/quality control
tools
Experience in IT industr
